By subscribing to TRS, your critical business calls and faxes will be redirected to the VoiceGard Recovery Network and sent to the appropriate recovery device. These devices can be cell phones, home phones, IP Phones etc. Our commitment with this low cost service is to get you your calls during an emergency situation or telecommunication outage. VoiceGard engineers are available 24x7 to support you and your recovery plan.

Telecom Continuity Service (TCS)
TCS offers a complete telecommunications recovery solution pre-engineered and immediately available when needed. It includes but is not limited to the following:
Interactive client web portal access to document and manage your plan
1 free out of region Toll Free number (additional available)
Unlimited support for Toll Free services
IP Phones
DID and 800 redirect support
Voicemail
Fax service

By completely pre-engineering your telecom continuity solution, when needed your calls are immediately redirected to the VoiceGard Recovery Network and sent to a cell phone, home phone, secondary business site, pre-assigned recovery center, Hotel conference room, or IP Phone. During a crisis event, the destination of your calls can be modified if your original destination becomes unavailable. Experienced engineers are available 24x7 to support you company's recovery design and planning.

Emergency Recovery Service (ERS)
VoiceGard's ERS solution is a state-of-the-art satellite connectivity service that offers customers in disaster prone regions access to Internet and Voice communications during extreme service affecting outages. Using VoiceGard's IP Phones and satellite connectivity, customers can have their business numbers and faxes routed to the IP Phones and email via the VoiceGard Recovery Network. This solution is extremely effective for companies that can't afford to be without communications service.

Toll Free National Emergency Information System (NEIS)
For a low monthly fee the VoiceGard Toll Free NEIS offers customers the ability to direct an out of region toll free to a voice mailbox call tree or group of mailboxes residing on a resilient call management system.
